Who this policy describes
This policy describes the current FancyNumber.ca website, operated under the business name Fancy Numbers.ca in Nova Scotia, Canada, for visitors in Canada and the United States. Purchases, payment collection and customer accounts are not active. This page does not describe a future checkout service.
Country preference and saved numbers
The fn-country cookie stores a Canada or United States preference for up to one year. It changes featured selections; it does not change USD pricing or reserve inventory. You can change the preference on the homepage or delete the cookie in your browser. When no preference is set, our network provider may supply an approximate country derived from the connection. Saved numbers are stored in this browser’s local storage, under fn-shortlist-v1, until removed or browser storage is cleared. They are not an account or a cross-device service.
Search and technical information
Search terms and filters are sent to our server and the connected inventory service to obtain listings. Our application’s security logs record limited operational events rather than message bodies, payment details or API credentials. Hosting and network providers may separately process IP addresses and request metadata for delivery, security and diagnostics. Avoid entering personal information into number-search fields.
Contact inquiries
The contact page states whether delivery is configured. When enabled, the form processes your name, email address and message so we can respond, and uses a verification service to reduce automated spam. A configured email provider and our hosting providers process that inquiry. Infrastructure providers may process data outside your province or country. Do not include passwords, payment-card information, identification documents or porting PINs.
Your choices and requests
You can browse without saving a number and clear site data using your browser settings. Removing saved numbers does not remove records held by external infrastructure providers. When support is available, use the contact page for questions about personal information or correction and deletion requests. Specific retention schedules and any additional data practices will be reviewed before customer accounts or purchasing are introduced.
